Title: Ekenas decanter, help please.

Hi All,

Could anyone offer me any information on this decanter, please? How old is it? What are the markings on the stopper? would it have been a J. O. Lake piece?
A lot of questions, I know, but it seems as though information on Ekenas is quite limited.
