Title: Who made this rose vase?

The bubbles appear a little irregular, any ideas who made it?

I don't know Frank, but this site may help you. The owner seems to have done quite a bit of research on bud vase makers. Hope it might help. :) http://www.glassbudvases.co.uk/

I had a similar one with a Kosta label. It was dichroic glass.

Sorry I don't have the details on it.  I sold it several months ago and deleted the info.  I just happened to still have the images on my HD.
