Title: English threaded satin glass honey jar

I have some quetions about this honey jar.  The base glass is crystal satin.  The blue threads are glass, and the crystal base is slightly dpressed so the threads are nearly flush with the base.  The lid is stamped "HT&S" and ENGLAND.  It is nickle plated brass.  Any opinions as to who made it and when?  Thanks for looking.

i have one of these identical but with ruby threads. I think it is Bohemian, possibly Pallme-Konig, c. 1890s-1900.
Just because the silver plate fitting has an English mark, does not mean the glass was made in England as well. Often imported glass was finished with locally made fittings.
It is trailed glass, but not peloton glass (I saw your query on the eBay forum).
Peloton is random short broken threads scattered over the glass, & the threads may be single or multicoloured. This is trailed glass as the threads wrap right around the body of the vessel.
The spoon or stirrer is probably a later addition.
