Title: banned from glassgallery help please?

Hi there can anyone help me please, I wanted to post a question on here and tried to log into my glassgallery account and it says i am banned. I did nothing wrong, honest Gov. Seriously i did nothing wrong except could not remember my log in details so tried a few and then got banned what should i do next.
thanks anyway. ??? ???

Hi Cazza,

Anne will be able to sort you out. The account is probably locked because you will have put in three wrong passwords.

Thank you Cathy, i hate passwords, i have so many they are a bind. i have so much trouble remembering them and then you have to remember a login name as well.

Switch to using Firefox as your browser and never worry about forgetting passwords or ID's again!

Well i have now set it to my browser, but to be honest havent got a clue what it will do. ??? I am as daft as a brush. :D

Cazza, don't worry, the ban only lasts five minutes. :) It's just to protect the gallery from someone trying numerous logins or a brute force password cracker. It gives you five attempts to get it right then you get the ban notice which auto-expires in five minutes from the last failed attempt.
