At first sight I would say, looks genuine but beware, white cased cut & enameled wares have been coming out of Bohemia again in recent years and you should in reality be able to check the underside to be sure. But chances are it is Egermann (or similar) from the late 19th ct.

What would it be about the underside that would give it away? Sorry for the late addition to the conversation - I'm only just catching up now after the holidays!
