Title: cloudy Powell or Monart ?

The colours suggest cloudy Powell, but it has an applied foot in coloured glass with a rough ground pontil mark and foot rim similar to Monart.
18 cm high.
Some wear to the base ( and a nasty chip to the base sadly ), so it doesn't seem newish.
Not worth much because of the chip, but I find much of the pleasure in glass is the mystery of its origin. Even fakes are interesting ! !

It is Monart shape DD or RC. Powell cloudy is thinner glass and the colours are smoother.
