Title: decanter, anyone know who the maker is please?

I am looking to find out who made this decanter, have other items with same pattern, think its quite a common one just need to know whom. ;D

The pattern isn't very clear from this picture. Have you got another picture showing just the pattern a bit clearer.

I've seen this pattern on fairly modern Eastern European crystalware but I cannot recall the maker's name. It was one of those with lots of Cs and Zs and not many vowels.

I'd call that generic Czech cutting as done by oodles of makers.
