Hi, it may be the angle of your photograph but I'd say the first one isn't the same as the 9463. Yours looks much longer, leaner and the glass looks much thinner - it would be helpful to see a photograph from straight ahead (the same as the WF catalogue) to be able to compare directly and also know the height of your vase in inches. Don't know about the second one, it's not a shape I'm familiar with but WF did make a fair few different shaped teardrop type vases - it's possible but without handling it and looking at features like the rim and base finish or knowing the size it's very hard to tell.

Hah, Pip. You beat me to it. Was just going to say the same things. So I'll just wait for the reply.Emmi

Hi Youre right it is thinner glass but i thought it was so similar it could be one thats not in the catalogues on the wf site. The second one is huge, Heavy & stands around 13" I bought a pair at a local auction. No pontil on the base nor is it cut & polished.

The second looks like fairly modern Polish, at first glance. But it's hard to be sure from the angle.

I am sorry to say but don't think either are Whitefriars. I did have one of the Whitefriars 9463 (now sadly broken) and the glass was very substantial in thickness compared to yours. I immediately thought - no -- on the blue one, but the height now confirms it is still a no. It looks rather modern to me? Emmi
