Title: Help ID blue spiral ribbed hand made vase please

Help ID this vase please, I did wonder if it may have been Whitefriars, but could not find anything the same , height just under 8.5" , diameter 4.75" and weighs 650 gms, polished pontil mark, vase has 12 spiral ribs running around the vase , the ribs are more pronounced on the inside
