I have had 6 or 7 shapes of this glass, characterized by having an opaque pink top with an outside layer of vaseline glass. the glass is mold blown, and then shaped some after coming out of the mold. The pontil is rough on pieces that have had additional shaping done (like crimping the top rim). It is made similar to Rubina Verde by Hobbs, Brockunier & Co., but I believe it to be English. A small gather of pink opaque, with a larger outer layer of vaseline glass. I have seen it in both satin and bright/shiny finishes. All of these also have sort of 'peacock feather' design that was in the mold. Any maker name would be appreciated. I had always thought it was Thomas Webb, but I have no proof.

I'm not an expert, however I believe you are correct that its either English or Bohemian since its cased in yellow/green colored(note I said the casing itself is colored)reactive casing. I am not aware of any US manufacturers that cased their glass in other than a clear crystal casing which may or may not have had any of the Uranium Oxides in the clear batch mix.
