Title: whitefriars controlled bubble glass vase
Post by: cathy c on August 31, 2007, 12:32:13 PM
hi everyone, i,m cathy. i have the whitefriars vase that you kindly identified for me yesterday.  Unfortunately in some places it has a sort of cloudy appearance, like water staining, is there any  way to remove this, i have tried limescale remover and soda crystals so far, but it still remains, thanks  :chky:

Hi Cathy,

Glad to see that you managed to post  ;D

There have been quite a few questions, and answers, on this topic.
Take a look here (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php?action=search2) and see if one of these remedies can help.

Hi Della, your link just brings up the search box, not the results like on eBay or Google. (Irritating or what!  :o)

Cathy, if you put water stain into the search box on Della's link you'll see the earlier discussions with suggestions how to tackle this. Some solutions work better than others, so you may have to experiment a bit before you find the right one for your vase. Good luck. :)
