Hi Sue  :)  Could you give the measurements for this bird please, and the manner in which the base is finished?  It all helps.   :)  For me, it has a touch of the Cenedese's about it and it looks Italian to me.  Hopefully someone will be able to assist you.

Sorry Max, i should have known better, it is 12in tall, the base is polished flat, it also has glod between the bubbles.

That's ok Sue, don't worry.  :)  I think this will probably have to move to Murano at some point, although I think my Cenedese possibility is now discounted.  We'll give it a few days here first, then try the Italian experts.  :)
