I can offer no help on a value of this item as I have no idea who made it or even where. In fact, I would not really call it a paperweight. Perhaps the general Glass forum would be a better option?

Perhaps it's a purported Whitefriars duck?  Erm...it isn't.   Sorry!

He is not 'fugly' enough to be a purported Whitefriars duck!
I think he is full of character and is holding his  head up high. He can live with us but I have no idea of his value.
