Title: Borgstrum decanter (?) and one unidentified bit of pattern glass
Post by: Paul ADK on September 11, 2007, 11:06:14 PM
Photo #1 is that of a 9" free blown decanter with a six lobed stopper.  The size is correct, and it looks quite similar to the Bo Borgstrum examples shown at the bottom of page 73 of the book Fire and Sea.

Photo #2 Shows a 7" square by 8" tall pattern glass "candy dish" that has had us stumped for a long time.  I can not find anything remotely like it in any of our books and would be most interested to discover the pattern name and manufacturer.

Thank you for your kind attention.

#1 I'd say is indeed Aseda.
