Title: Libbey or Owens

There is a pressed bust of M J Owens at http://www.ojaivalleymuseum.org/exhibits/libbey/libbey_glass.htm suggesting that Libbey made this.

I know that Owens Illinois gave these to visitors from other glassworks and had assumed that they made them. Does anyone have info on this or a date for another Owens "Venus de Milo":
