Title: unusual handkercheif vase

hi,i recently brought this vase fom a charity shop, i've  looked to find another one like it with no joy. 9" tall mottled blue and white, the blue line at the top is raised and its got a ground out pontil (and a few cobwebs inside) Thanks for looking.

It is not a handkerchief vase, possibly Bohemian 1930's

I'd say Polish or Ukrainian and very recent.
