Hi, can anyone give me any info on this little item?? It could be Blenko, but there again it could be
Italian. Any info would be great  :) :)

My first impression is that it looks Italian. A close up on the stopper w/o the bottle might help.

I would say Empoli. I am pretty sure that if you do a search on here that you will find an identical decanter.
