Title: Glittery P.D. paperweight

can anyone enlighten me as to who could have made this? almost 3ins, rather flattened dome, surface and base ware, the letters P D are lying on the green sparkly cushion, any help most appreciated.

i'm sorry!! as usual i am being a dunce, could a mod put this in it's right place? i am sutch a dozy pillock.

The glitterness is very pretty. Is that a sticker on the bottom?

It could be an 'essay' done by a student of glass.

Hi there, no it isnt a sticker, it is actually the pontil scar!! with a small hole in the middle  :-\

This kind of green glitter ground is common in bohemian weights I think.
But the grinding to the bottom and the shape of the dome points to Glasstrufflehunter's suggestion imho.
Or a quick frigger for a friend.

The ground is very nice, an interesting weight  :)
