A lot of companies would be producing those, both glassworks and just decorators. Hom Cristaleria sounds Mexican and might be a decorator, exporter or shop if not a glassworks. Blanks could come from a different country too.

Does the stopper weight (or quality of it) tell you anything....sorry if a stupid question, but are Mexican stoppers maybe a poor quality?? Just digging for info/knowledge..... :spls:

Quality looks to be standard mass-produced. Not good, not bad. Made to be used not just to be admired. This type of decoration took off big in the US during the 1930's. Europe did it's catching up in the 1950's.
