Title: Glasses with Silver Stripe

hi, just got this, and do not know a thing about them.  They all seem to be marked on the bottom with like a scrolled L.  I tried to take a pic of it, but they did not turn out good.  Any ideas, or on age?

I'm unable to see the sig but would assume Libbey
