Title: Perthshire picture cane: Tower/Lighthouse
Post by: karelm on December 21, 2007, 04:11:52 PM
Hi,
Is there such a cane?  I recently got hold of some of the canes and it looks like a tower or a lighthouse but can find it in my books.
Kind regards,
KarelM

I know I have seen a picture of that cane somewhere before. I can't recall if it was literature from Perthshire or something from LH Selman. But yes, Perthshire did make a picture cane like that.

Hi karelm,
have you seen the picture of finished picture canes in the complete guide to perthshire paperweights on page 9 bottom right?
not the best quality picture but there looks to be three canes of towers. the largest one in the middle and the other two on the far left and far right.
does this picture solve your mystery?

kindest regards theglassnut...
