Title: Purple studio vase with bubble decoration - ID Portmeirion

I'm sure I've seen this somewhere before. Maybe it's made in Sunderland? It's nice and heavy.

Does anyone know anything about Portmeirion Glass? I know of their pottery. Presumably they commissioned it?
