This Decanter stands 15.5ins with the stopper in, and stopper out 11ins the center circumference is 14ins and it weighs in at 1619grams, hope there is some here who as knowledge of decanter many thanks.

Definitely lead crystal Gilead, I remember it saying that on the box when I bought it.  The shop it came from sold stuff from all over the place including the Hofbauer Byrdes glassware from Germany.

Princess House could well be right. I had a look on replacements.com and there's a similar patterned piece there: http://www.replacements.com/webquote/PHC776.htm - see what you think. It may be worth sending a pic to replacements and asking if it is the same pattern.
