Title: Glass Vase Marked Jander Wallone

Hello,
Does anyone know an art glass maker (probably British) called Jander Wallone. I have a very heavy blue and white vase with this name engraved on the base. There is also the engraved date 1986. The vase has a pontil mark. Sorry no picture at present
