This decanter I have had many moons and was purchased as "Whitefriars"!!!! The decanter stand 21.5 cms high and is 9.5 cms wide. It has the usual polished pontil. I have searched through the "Whitefriar" site however, I have not been able to find a round decanter with such an unusual stopper. The latter is beautifully bevelled as one would expect from a good manufacturer. The colour is either Willow or Twilight in type however, I hasten to add that I am not very good with colours so leave that to your discretion, however. it resembles the image with the stopper.

Possibly a Scandinavian maker? Or even maybe Caithness given that colour seems to match the early Caithness lamp bases.

It would have been better to title this topic more descriptively. As it stands, it doesn't stand out for anyone interested in decanters, like Andy McConnell, or Whitefriars (even if it isn't), like many members here. I'd also agree that it could be Scandinavian.
Perhaps you could re-title it Anne?
