Title: Glass ashtray with rounded bumps marked FRANCE

I was hoping this might be a Nuutajarvi Kastehelmi ashtray. but it is marked FRANCE in minute letters on the base - really easy to miss because they are so small.  It has rounded bumps on the underside.   Any ideas who made it please?
