Title: BLUE RIBBON PAPERWEIGHT PRE 1900? MURANO? VALUE?

 Here are some photos. Dont know much about it. It appears old, almost shaped like a perfume bottle.

It may be 30-40 years old & Murano. It appears to employ uranium glass.
