Title: Caithness millefiori? Help needed

Hello, I recently purchased this weight, a very nice millefiori that I believe to be Caithness.
It does not have any markings however.

What appears to be a black cushion is a cobalt blue cushion.
It's a little under 3".

The canes are "floating" around the edge of the glass in two circles,
looking at it from above the canes almost disappear.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I think it is the "Helter Skelter" Design, probably a prototype?

I had a quick look through the Charlton catalogue when the weight first arrived but missed it then.
It's right there on page 51  :)
