When I saw this Moser / Hoffman sprang to mind, any ideas?

Thanks for info Christine, it is cut all over and looks very similar to Pfohl work. However I have just had a search for Pfohl pieces and just succeded in confusing myself. I used to think I knew about glass until I got a computer now the more I look the less I know, if you know what I mean?
