Title: Blue Vase with yellow flower front?

Hi Members
               Managed to get a day in hunting glass even with our packing and sorting out our move, i found this vase along with to other items which i will put up in a jiff, well here we go this vase stands 8ins high and the pontil is broken off and quite rough, to the touch it has a leaf motive on the front any ideas please,

             Thank you very much for the ID, seems all the glass i keep finding is blue, wonder if its because thats my fav colour, ::) ;)
