I've got one like that!  :D   I knew it was Murano, but it's lovely to see one with a label!  :hiclp:

Me too. See here. (http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-9240)

I think this design of paperweight was one of the better ones to come out of Murano. I have seen varying "tidyness" in the froth of bubbles which is presumably a form of "vetro puleguso" but within a clear dome of a paperweight the froth is more effective than when used as a decorative technique for vases etc.

Just my opinion, of course!

I've seen Ferro weights that had a bunch of flowers over a puleguso ground.

I am in the process of learning the Ferro&Lazzarini look. I have some weights That I'm close to positive they are Ferro&Lazzarini. One (the red spiral) I have seen with the Ferro label. Another I identified because I saw some of the same canes in known Ferro weights. I have also seen that red sticker that's on one of mine on stuff I knew was Ferro. All of these are the same size and shape which makes me think they are Ferro. I have also seen the flowers and puleguso in this shape. Other makers have their own distinctive 'egg' shapes.

Wow. I was on the money with those 'gold net' paperweights. Never saw one with an actual Ferro label.
