Thanks Sue, it looks fascinating.  I also looked at their home page (http://vads.ahds.ac.uk) and searched on 'glass', which throws up 68 pages, not all of interest to glass collectors, but there are tons of beautiful black and white/colour photos from the Design Council's archive at the University of Brighton.  From bottles of Daddies sauce  and Robertson's jam to Wiener Werkstatte and Ettore Sotsass. A treat to look at. Iain

Yes i know Iain, spent a couple of hours rummaging, fascinating  :D
