I have been unable to find an attribution for this anywhere. Any help
is much appreciated!

Hello aflint
I have some good news and some bad.
The good news is you can stop looking.
The bad news, seems no one knows who made them. :-[
I have taken a picture from my 20th century candleholder book.

That was quick!
Thanks so much for sharing the info you have. I've seen this piece go by here and there more than once and this time I was determined to find out anything more that I could. I'll share your post with the owner of this particular stick.

pressglas-korrespondenz # 2008-1 reached me today
attached was a catalogue of
Rheinische Glaswerke Weber & Fortemps mbh SINDORF (Germany) 1935
on page 14 we see a candlestick holder similar to yours, but very much more Art Déco, the center stem is straight, but the base is same and it has got two 'handles' too ::)
Can some other reader of PK give further hints, please?

Pamela, that sounds like the Chippendale candlestick! http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-603
