Title: Duck dish in Amethyst glass

Hi All
Can anyone help with an ID for this little fellow he is 5.75" beak to tail by 3.5" side to side and 4.5" to the top of his head.

I have seen this somewhere but cannot remember where I feel sure he is from USA and quite modern.
