Title: Cut glass cruet

I have seen these sorts of things described as English or American? The base is marked 'Zetna Silver' with a small castle type mark above it. I think it's silver plated though. Oh yes, and at least one of the stoppers have been replaced. All four cruets have a flat base with a large polished pontil.
