Title: Tall Orange/white 60s vase?

I went on one of my mad hunt's today buying glass again as i do bought 16 piece's altogether one was this tall vase, i think from the 60s it stands 13.5ins high 4.3/4ins wide at the top the pattern is of orange and red over a white back ground any idea's please,

I have found an hairline crack at the base of this vase would that render it ruined now, or can it be fixed? at the same time do you have any idea whom made this vase very upset i really like this too, :cry: am almost :spls2: cheers

hope i find one in near future really liked that vase, well am :) again today, as am off out looking for some more glass, spotted some carnival the other day but was in two minds to buy so will take a look again today, again cheers.
