I haven't been able to find anything like this satin finish bowl.  Does it look familiar to anyone please?

Its a huge bowl weighing almost 1.6kg - 6.5" high x 9" diameter.  I can't see any maker's mark.  The relief pattern panel is repeated three times and appears to have been made in a 3 part mould.  The foliage looks to be holly leaf and berries.  I'm not to sure if the lady charioteer is meant to be Boudicca or not?  I can't think who else it might be.

Any ideas on maker/origins would be much appreciated.
TIA :)
