Title: Crystal, red shot glass boxed set, any idea?

We got this nice set off ebay a few years back.  Unfornately there are no markings on the box or the glasses.  I'm hoping the style will help identify at least a country of manufacture.  The shots are 2 3/8 inches tall.  The red is a thin layer.  Again, any input will be appreciated, thank you!

The style is Deco but you knew that already; and as for country, such sets have been made in France, in Bohemia, in Germany and in England.
