Title: Orange/black Tango Bohemian Czech Deco, Loetz?

Pretty vase, I shuppose you call it Tango, must be Czech circa 1920.
Nice, cos its perfect, black enamel is also perfect, no chips on rim, loads of nice age wear ;D
6 inches tall, 6 inches wide, quite delicate thin glass.
Orange,cased in clear.
Its got to be Bohemian, any suggestions??

I think it's got to be Bohemian too. Are you sure your black enamel is enamel and not tarnished silver? Seems to me there was a hint of grey

Looks more Italian 1960s to me, with galvanic silver deposit.

I know the italian silver design you mean, its definitely not silver, its hand painted, black paint, I presume
enamel.  Ive taken some more photos in the daylight, although it reflects a bit silver, definitely black.
Also nicely finished around the base, the last centimetre is tooled and polished.

OK so it is Schwarzlot decoration, not silver so it is likely to be Bohemian. It would have some problem calling it Tango or pointing at Loetz, though.

I don't think this qualifies as Schwarzlot, which is translucent and used differently.  This is simply black enamel.

The fact that it's apparently cased and very thin makes me wonder whether it's enameled orange on the inside, rather than cased orange glass.  Tango glass isn't usually cased anyway, is it?  I would think later than the '20s.

Some tango was cased. If it was enamelled on the inside I would expect scratches
