Title: unidentified pressed glass pattern three piece mold creamer

I was informed that this three piece mold, clear, pressed glass creamer was probably not made in North America.  Does anyone know the pattern, country of origin, age or manufacturer?  It is about 4.5 inches tall and has a twenty four point radial star on the bottom.  How it came to Hawaii is anyone's guess.
