Any help to ID this paperweight please, I not really into paperweights, but thought this looked quite nice and was not expensive, the pw is quite flat less than 1.5" tall , 3.25" in diameter, sits on an outer base, and has a deep concave base, the canes are not completely central within the paperweight, there is signs of ware to the base, I think the paperweight has some age , the paperweight does glow a soft green under a UV light
thanks roy

It looks like an old Whitefriars weight.

Yes if the canes are on a seperate button with the clear over the top Simone is correct, looks right .JP

Thanks for your help, the canes are on a separate button, is there a rough date range for the paperwight
thanks again Roy

Late 60's, into the 70's, suspect the 60's though as the dome is very flat. I did see one the other day with the same shape dome so I doubt it's been polished down. Worth £80 to £100 I would of said. Definately Whitefriars though.

And while on the subject of Whitefirars here's one that isn't.

I think that is a standard round one that has been faceted, yes? Where do you think it might be from?

Looks like a Murano to me!

Yes, I would totally agree... nice with butterfly even if it isn't Whitefriars!
