Hi there
I recently aquired an unusual glass figure but to dat have not been able to identify it's producer. I wrote to 20th Century glass who advised I use this site, so I hope your experience prevails.
The figure is of a nude lady. The pressed glass (does have a seam running down the side) is predominately of two colours– it looks purple or amethyst in the evening but has a deep green glow in daylight. The art deco figure stands approx 10 ½ inches tall. She has a draped cloth to her side and wears her hair in two plaited buns to each side of her head which was typical of the 1920‘s era. THE LAST OWNER SUGGESTED IT WAS WALTHER BUT I AM CONFIDENT IT IS NOT. 20th Century suggest American or Chzech which sound nearer the mark but BY WHO??

Hi to those who have tried to help to date, namely Glen,Grayhorse & Pat.
Had no reply from Fentons today. Has anyone ever tried emailing them before, with success! Just to give me a little hope that is?
This appears to be a great community and hope to be able to visit from time to time.
So, still looking for help on this one folks
