Title: What company uses a button pontil with the letters RC embossed on it?

There is a thread on the eBay PGP board that has a beautiful piece with a button pontil and the letters RC raised in the middle. This is a mark that has befuddled a couple of folks over there.

It's Robert Coleman. A friend of mine has a vase with this mark and it took ages for them to find out. See this post on another forum, by Robert Coleman himself:
