It's 7 1/2" tall and has a beautiful stem with a twist on the outside and airbubble top and bottom inside. I wouldn't mind having a set of these! Thanks!

Beautiful stem! It does seem to have some Venetian influence, but I've seen plenty of stems that looked Venetian but weren't. Steuben made quite a few in a similar style, but I wasn't able to find it in Gardner's Glass of Frederick Carder. The engraving isn't much of a clue, unfortunately. Hopefully someone else has a better knowledge of stems than I - wouldn't take much!

Not very Venetian at all. It is well made & dates to the late 19th century - probably France or Germany. I think.

Ivo, could you clarify what makes it not Venetian at all? What characteristics set it apart from Venetian stems? The fact that it's engraved?

Here is a better picture of it.

the colour, the engraving, the foot made in a clapper, the size...

The engraving I can understand. I don't know why they wouldn't have made this color - too dull? And I don't know how they made the feet or what a normal size would be, so that doesn't mean much to me either. It doesn't have the folded rim on the foot that is prevalent in Venetian glass.
Wherever and however it was made, I still think there's Venetian influence there. The Venetian style was hugely influencial across Europe, and I think this is a good example of it.
