Title: help needed small posy vase bird handles any ideas

Small posy vase have no idea on this one could be European ground base with star decoration oval in shape two small birds as handles acid etched frosted 7 3/4" x 3 1/4" and 2 1/4" high.The birds could be jays. Any help appreciated and thanks in anticipation

Will keep this one in the memory bank and hopefully I wont lose it, I blame the tablets too. Thanks all.

They also come in green uranium. But still a mystery   ;D
