Title: Is This one Murano please?

I think this may be Murano by the 'coggy' canes but not really sure. Could someone confirm or deny for me please. he bottom is clear polished not frosty looking.

Not Murano.
Definitely Scottish. Could be Vasart/Pirelli or early Stratearn. Difficult to tell with these as they are very similar - people and canes moved from one factory to the next. Ofter referred to as "transitional" weights.
