Title: Thos Webb England

Is it possible to narrow the date down of a Webb glass by the makers mark? I have had a look at replacemens & DD but no luck, the base is marked THOS WEBB ENGLAND on top of each other. I am sure there was a site that gave this sort of info but cant find it.
