Title: Strathearn or Vasart
Post by: tropdevin on July 05, 2008, 05:44:53 AM

Weights like this one  (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=250266000064&item=250266000064) are often called late Vasart or 'transitional'.  But this one carries a Strathearn label. Useful evidence, assuming the label is original. The description is a bit off though.

well i was thinking about this, it could be a vasart, but when strathearn took over vasart there would of been vasart weights hanging around, so they would put strathearn labels on

Vincent left Strathearn in the first year and this must have had some impact as well as being triggered by the changes.
