Title: Modern Perfume bottle. English, Foreign?

I have two of these. Nicely made and a good weight. The surface is textured like a sandy finish and the colours look like oil on water. No makers marks or labels. Could they be British Studio glass or are they nice bottles from elsewhere abroad.
