Title: Perthshire rather than Ysart?

Is this weight (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=280246585773&item=280246585773) a Perthshire specimen, as I suspect?

I don't know where that one is from, but it's not Ysart.
 
Seller's description looks reasonable but may have been better as "... Harlequin / Aladin's Cave style ...". (But that assumes "Aladin's Cave" is a well-enough known style amongst sellers!)
